Wedding Management
Wedding Management is designed for couples who want to take the lead on planning their wedding, but don’t want to navigate the entire process without professional guidance - or leave the final details and wedding weekend execution up to chance.
We’ll kick things off with a strategy meeting after booking so I can get up to speed on your plans, priorities, vendor team and what’s already in motion. From there, I’m available as a trusted resource throughout the planning process to answer questions, offer honest advice and help keep you headed in the right direction.
As your wedding approaches, I step in fully - taking over vendor communication, building your detailed timeline, managing logistics and making sure every moving piece has been accounted for.
Then, when wedding weekend arrives, you get to actually enjoy it while my team and I handle the rest.

Complete the inquiry form and tell me all about your celebration - your venue, vision, priorities and what you're looking for in a planning partner. I'll personally review your inquiry and be in touch within three business days.
02 | Connect
We'll meet over a consultation to get to know one another, talk through your vision, answer your questions and discuss how I can best support you throughout the planning process. This is our opportunity to make sure we're the right fit for one another.
03 | Customize
Following our conversation, I'll create a personalized proposal tailored to your wedding, outlining your investment and next steps. Every celebration is different and your proposal reflects the unique scope of your wedding.
04 | Reserve Your Date
Once your contract is signed and your retainer is received, your wedding date is officially reserved. You'll immediately receive access to your personalized planning portal, where everything from your design inspiration and planning checklist to timelines, documents and important details live in one organized place.
05 | Create
This is where your wedding truly begins to take shape. Together we'll curate your vendor team, refine your design vision, manage budgets, develop timelines, coordinate logistics and thoughtfully plan every detail of your celebration.
Behind the scenes, I'm continually communicating with vendors, anticipating needs and keeping every moving piece organized, allowing you to enjoy your engagement without feeling overwhelmed.

When your wedding weekend arrives, my focus shifts from planning to production. I'll lead your vendor team, oversee every detail, manage the timeline and navigate the countless behind-the-scenes moments that make the day feel effortless.
Your only responsibility is to be fully present - celebrating with the people you love and soaking in every moment, knowing everything else is being expertly handled.
