FULL-SERVICE PLANNING & DESIGN
Starting at $16,000
For couples looking for an experienced partner from the very beginning.
From finding the right venue and establishing the budget to building your vendor team, developing the design, and managing every logistical detail, we guide the entire planning process from start to finish.
Every decision is considered through the lens of the bigger picture - creating a celebration that feels cohesive, intentional, and genuinely reflective of you, while making sure the guest experience and behind-the-scenes logistics are just as thoughtfully planned.
PARTIAL PLANNING & DESIGN
Starting at $12,000
You’ve secured the venue and started making decisions. Now you’re ready for someone to step in, take the lead, and bring everything together.
Partial Planning & Design is designed for couples who have a strong foundation in place but still have significant planning and design ahead. We’ll build on what you’ve already accomplished, guide the remaining vendor selections and decisions, develop the overall design, and oversee the details and logistics through the wedding day.
Think of it as meeting you where you are - and taking it from there.
WEDDING MANAGEMENT
Starting at $8,000
You’ve planned the wedding. We’ll make sure it all comes together.
Designed for couples who are comfortable leading their own planning and vendor selection, Wedding Management begins three months before the wedding. From there, we help organize the remaining details, identify logistical gaps, build the wedding-day timeline, coordinate with your vendor team, and oversee the celebration from setup through the end of the night.
You get to enjoy everything you’ve planned. We’ll handle making it happen.

01 | Inquire
Complete the inquiry form and tell me all about your celebration - your venue, vision, priorities and what you're looking for in a planning partner. I'll personally review your inquiry and be in touch within three business days.
02 | Connect
We'll meet over a consultation to get to know one another, talk through your vision, answer your questions and discuss how I can best support you throughout the planning process. This is our opportunity to make sure we're the right fit for one another.
03 | Customize
Following our conversation, I'll create a personalized proposal tailored to your wedding, outlining your investment and next steps. Every celebration is different and your proposal reflects the unique scope of your wedding.
04 | Reserve Your Date
Once your contract is signed and your retainer is received, your wedding date is officially reserved. You'll receive everything you need to know about what comes next, including your planning resources, important dates, and what to expect throughout our time together.
05 | Plan
This is where we get to work.
Your planning experience will be tailored to the level of support you’ve chosen and where you are in the process. From there, we’ll create a clear path forward, keep things moving, and make sure the right details are being handled at the right time.
Whether we’re starting with a venue search, stepping in midway through planning, or bringing together everything you’ve planned, the goal is the same: a thoughtful, organized process that leads to an exceptionally well-executed wedding.
06 | Celebrate
When your wedding weekend arrives, our focus shifts entirely to execution. We'll lead your vendor team, oversee setup and logistics, manage the timeline, and handle the countless behind-the-scenes details that keep everything moving.
Your only responsibility is to be present - celebrating with the people you love and experiencing the wedding you've spent all this time creating.
