PLANNING & DESIGN

Comprehensive planning, thoughtful design, and exceptional hospitality, tailored to where you are in the process.
Whether you've just secured your venue or have already begun assembling your vendor team, Planning & Design meets you where you are and takes the lead from there.
From curating the right creative partners and developing a cohesive design to managing budgets, logistics, and the many details in between, I'll bring structure, expertise, and thoughtful direction to every stage of your celebration.
Through collaborative planning meetings, proactive communication, and personalized guidance, I'll manage the moving pieces while keeping you involved in the decisions that matter most.
Rooted in hospitality and inspired by a sense of place, our approach considers not only how your wedding looks, but how it feels for you and your guests.

WEDDING MANAGEMENT

For couples who want to lead the planning, with an experienced professional in their corner.
You've got the vision and you're excited to bring it to life, but that doesn't mean you should have to navigate every decision on your own.
Wedding Management offers the flexibility of planning independently with the reassurance of professional guidance along the way. Upon booking, you'll have access to my expertise through ongoing email support, recommendations, and advice as you make decisions and bring the details together.
You'll also receive access to your own personalized planning portal, shared with me, where you'll find helpful tools, resources, and organizational features to keep everything in one place. It's designed to make planning easier, keep important details organized, and give us a shared space to reference as your celebration takes shape.
Three months before your celebration, I'll step in to take the lead on vendor communication, timelines, logistics, and final coordination, ensuring everything you've thoughtfully planned comes together seamlessly.
You enjoy the planning process. I'll provide the guidance along the way and take care of bringing it all together.
WEDDING COORDINATION
Starting at $8,000 | Limited Availability
For couples who have independently planned their celebration and are looking for experienced professionals to bring the final details together.
Beginning eight weeks before the wedding, we step in to coordinate vendors, develop the wedding day timeline, oversee logistics, and manage the celebration from start to finish.
Available for select weddings within six months of the event date.

What to expect
01 | Inquire
Complete the inquiry form and tell me all about your celebration - your venue, vision, priorities and what you're looking for in a planning partner. I'll personally review your inquiry and be in touch within three business days.
02 | Connect
We'll meet over a consultation to get to know one another, talk through your vision, answer your questions and discuss how I can best support you throughout the planning process. This is our opportunity to make sure we're the right fit for one another.
03 | Customize
Following our conversation, I'll create a personalized proposal tailored to your wedding, outlining your investment and next steps. Every celebration is different and your proposal reflects the unique scope of your wedding.
04 | Reserve Your Date
Once your contract is signed and your retainer is received, your wedding date is officially reserved. You'll receive everything you need to know about what comes next, including your planning resources, important dates, and what to expect throughout our time together.
05 | Plan
This is where we get to work.
Your planning experience will be tailored to the level of support you’ve chosen and where you are in the process. From there, we’ll create a clear path forward, keep things moving, and make sure the right details are being handled at the right time.
Whether we’re starting with a venue search, stepping in midway through planning, or bringing together everything you’ve planned, the goal is the same: a thoughtful, organized process that leads to an exceptionally well-executed wedding.
06 | Celebrate
When your wedding weekend arrives, our focus shifts entirely to execution. We'll lead your vendor team, oversee setup and logistics, manage the timeline, and handle the countless behind-the-scenes details that keep everything moving.
Your only responsibility is to be present - celebrating with the people you love and experiencing the wedding you've spent all this time creating.
